Description

The City is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide operations and maintenance services for its existing city-wide bicycle sharing system. The City owns all equipment associated with the system, which was originally procured in 2016 from B-Cycle, LLC, under a Purchase Agreement for Equipment and Services. This RFP seeks a vendor to handle day-to-day operations, including bike redistribution, maintenance, and customer service, to ensure seamless continuation of service following the conclusion of the current operations support from B-Cycle by December 2025

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by Kansas City Board of Public Utilities ('Purchaser') for a Workforce Management Software solution.
