26-013 FY26 Nonprofit Arts and Recreation Grant (RFP)

Seeking to collaborate with duly organized nonprofit organizations wishing to offer new or expand upon eligible existing arts and recreational programs targeted to underserved populations and low- income communities within the city. The city is looking for innovative and creative partners to serve the communities where they reside, attend school, worship, etc. Preferred programming will be high quality and fill gaps in programming currently provided by the city and existing partners. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Questions are due no later than November 7, 2025, 5:00 p.m. EST. The term of this MOU (“Term”) shall commence on the Effective Date set forth above, and shall be completed no later than December 1, 2026, unless otherwise extended in writing or earlier terminated by the City.
