Description
Work includes replace existing general building water service softeners serving south campus and replace boiler makeup water softene, existing abandoned storage type water heaters shall be demolished to make way for install of new campus softeners. Upon the installation of new campus softeners and placing in service, demolish original campus softeners to make way for new installation of boiler makeup softeners. Upon placing new boiler makeup softeners in service, demolish original makeup softeners. New piping & pumps for boiler feed water pump seal flush and gear box cooling. See attached file.
