Memorial Park Master Plan

This is a Request for Proposal to supply the City of Tybee Island, Georgia (sometimes hereinafter referredto as “Owner”) with products or services as indicated herein.The City of Tybee Island seeks proposals from interested and qualified multi-disciplined firm(s) for servicesrelated to the development of a master plan, conceptual design, and related cost estimate for the City’sMemorial Park. The City intends to contract with one entity that shall be responsible for administering the entireproject and managing a team of subcontractors.Sealed proposals must be received by 4:00PM local time, on WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 17, 2025. TheCity of Tybee Island reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.A pre-proposal meeting will be held on WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 3, 2025 @ 9:00AM at City Hall orvirtually by Teams. Interested respondents are encouraged to attend, as they will have the opportunity todiscuss specifications and ask questions
