Description

The contract work for this project shall consist of various items which include but are not limited to furnishing all the required labor, materials, equipment, parts, implements and supplies necessary to perform the clearing and grubbing, excavation and grading, construct soldier beam retaining walls, construct retaining block wall, construct reinforced concrete stairway, construct concrete driveway, relocate existing water meter, disposal of existing timber steps, and demolition of existing facilities. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Question Acceptance Deadline 09/30/2025 03:00 PM EDT. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
