H125 Pilot Refresher Course

Florida Keys Mosquito Control District (“FKMCD” or the “District”) is seeking proposals from a qualified firm/independent contractor for a maximum of Six (6) pilots to attend a H125 Pilot Refresher Course at such training facility owned and/or operated by the contractor, between January 2026 through April 2026, at such time and date that is suitable for both the District and the successful proposer. This course shall be conducted at such facility owned or operated by the contractor and in an Airbus H125 helicopter supplied by such contractor. The flight training portion shall include simulated emergencies while in the Florida Keys Mosquito Control aerial application “spray profile”, at approximately 70-100 feet AGL and at a speed between 60-90 knots. All applicable costs must be submitted as part of the proposal. The total number of pilots attending will range between 3 and 6, therefore individual pricing is requested
