Description

Project includes the demolition of the existing north shower building in its entirety, as well as the demolition of an electrical shed and site electrical infrastructure. New work includes the construction of a new Camp Shower Building with six toilet / shower rooms and one toilet room. A mechanical room and walkable plumbing chase provides space for MEP equipment, maintenance and drain-down, by gravity for winterizing the building. A new septic system shall be provided, as well as new electrical service from the street and redistributing power to an existing well pump and campsites.
