Description

Work include renovate a gymnasium, cardio room, weight room, training room, auxiliary gymnasium, offices, and locker rooms. The project aims to renovate the building to improve the usability of existing spaces, including ada improvements, building-system upgrades, and new window systems. A sprinkler system and air conditioning will be added to the building as part of the project. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Mandatory prebid meeting for 02A Abatement package only.
