Description
The City of Naperville is accepting sealed bids from qualified vendors to supply labor, equipment, supplies and material associated with the 25-149 Liquid Cationic Emulsion Polymer For Centrifuge Dewatering. The work generally includes providing liquid cationic emulsion polymer for use at the Springbrook Water Reclamation Center (SWRC) located at 3712 Plainfield/Naperville Road, Naperville, IL 60564. The liquid cationic emulsion polymer is to be used specifically in the centrifuge process for dewatering aerobically digested waste activated sludge. SWRC may produce up to 6,500 dry tons of biosolids for the 30-month contract period (2,600 dry tons/year). No dry-type, solution, dispersion, or mannich polymers will be considered
