Educator Data System Replacement RFP

The Oregon State Agency, under RFP number S-DASOBO-00010967, is soliciting proposals for an Educator Data System Replacement. The primary purpose of this RFP is to identify a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive replacement for the agency's existing educator data system. The scope encompasses the design, development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of a modern, efficient, and secure system. This includes data migration from the legacy system, adherence to specified business requirements, and compliance with relevant data documentation standards. Key requirements include, but are not limited to: meeting the detailed business requirements outlined in Attachment F, successful data migration as described in Attachment G, adherence to TSPC data documentation standards (Attachment H), and addressing the scope of work outlined with the required responses in attachment I. The awarded vendor will also be expected to adhere to the terms and conditions of the sample contract provided in Attachment E.
