Provide develop a comprehensive event timeline, including setup, execution, and breakdown;coordinate staff, law enforcement, and emergency services to ensure a safe event; review and finalize the draft traffic plan with for the project submitted by the subcontractor; identify the most critical closure and access issues for businesses, churches, and residents, and outline potential mitigation strategies; identify and coordinate activation hubs , including entertainment, family-friendly activities, hydration stations, and first aid stations along the route.
