Description

In accordance with Chapter 287, Florida Statutes (F.S.), the State of Florida, Department of Children and Families (Department), Office of Licensing, Child Care, issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) for developing, maintaining, and enhancing Department sponsored Child Care Training Curriculum modules (for online and instructor-led use), corresponding Competency Exams (for online and in-person use), and systems and processes. The Child Care Resource and Information Network (CCRAIN) is the Department's Child Care policy system, which includes, but is not limited to, child care regulations, desk reference guides, management letters, and legal opinions for child care regulators. The goal is to provide child care provider training for the knowledge and skills needed to promote a safe, healthy, nurturing, and stimulating environment for each child in child care pursuant to §402.305(2), Florida Statutes
