Work includes removal and replacement of smoke control makeup air handlers and ductwork, modifications to fire and smoke control dampers, installation of a new smoke control panel, and related electrical, architectural, and structural improvements.A non-mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday February 20, 2025 at the project location. Meet in the front lobby.The Engineer's Estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
