The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) on behalf of the Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS or Department) Child Protective Services (CPS) is issuing this Open Enrollment to enter into contracts with qualified Applicants for Hospital Sitting services in accordance with the specifications contained in the open enrollment for some of DFPS Service Delivery Areas
