TIME AND PLACE OF OPENING OF BIDS: Sealed proposals for the improvement described below will be received at the office of the Village of Gurnee, Engineering Division, 325 N. O’Plaine Road, Gurnee, Illinois 60031, until 10:30 A.M., September 29th, 2025.Proposals will be opened and read publicly at that time. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Project # 8465 LOCATIONS: PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT: Scope of work includes 310 Feet of 12 inch storm pipe installation, 40 Feet of 30 inch RCP, pipe removal, inlet installs, reditching, Hot Mix Asphalt driveway and roadway R&R, tree removal, and brush removal at multiple locations within the Village.
