NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF EMERGENCY REGULATION BY THE ALASKA BOARD OF GAME ON INTENSIVE MANAGEMENT FOR THE MULCHATNA CARIBOU HERDOn March 27, 2025, the Board of Game adopted, as an emergency regulation, changes in 5AAC 92 of the Alaska Administrative Code dealing with intensive management for the Mulchatna caribou herd, including the following: 5 AAC 92.111 is changed as follows: To reinstate 5 AAC 92.111(c), the Mulchatna Caribou Herd Predation Management Area plan, to aid in achieving the Mulchatna caribou herd intensive management objectives.The emergency regulation took effect April 4, 2025 and will expire August 1, 2025.
