Stream restoration work, boardwalk demolition/reconstruction, 10’ greenway resurfacing and reconstruction along Crabtree Creek from Buncombe St to Hertford Rd; sidewalk and curb and gutter installation along Hertford Rd, 10’ Greenway on new alignment beneath Lassiter Mill Rd, plus 10’ multi-use path with curb and gutter along Lassiter Mill Rd from Lassiter Falls Cir to the existing greenway crossing
