Notice of Public Meeting

The State Vocational Rehabilitation Committee (SVRC) will be holding its next quarterly meeting via teleconference on September 9 and 10, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. each day. The SVRC is appointed by the Governor to provide oversight and to assist the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) in developing and evaluating the DVR program.The public can listen in to the meeting: (888) 475 4499 US Toll-free - Meeting ID: 328 493 2828 Passcode: 001155An agenda will be available before the meeting on the committee’s website: https://www.labor.alaska.gov/svrc/ The SVRC will hear public testimony via the telephone on September 9 from 1:30 to 2:00 p.m. HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN PUBLIC TESTIMONY1. SEND AN EMAIL with your testimony to dol.svrc@Alaska.gov. Your email should include your permission to read it aloud at the public meeting and be received by us by 5:00 p.m., September 8, 2025. 2. CALL IN to the meeting on September 9, 2025, between 1:30 and 2:00 p.m. using the call-in information above. Each caller will have 3 minutes to speak their testimony. You may hear the meeting in session when you call. We will check the phone line periodically.3. WRITE A LETTER with your testimony and include your permission to read it aloud at the public meeting.
