Description

Qualified consultant to assist EGLE in developing the best practices referenced in the Act, ensuring they are science-based, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and do not incentivize landfilling over more sustainable alternatives such as composting or anaerobic digestion. This Contract is effective on February 9, 2026 ("Effective Date"), and unless terminated, will expire on February 8, 2027 (the "Term"). See attached file. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Questions due 01/14/26 3 PM.
