EV 3-359 Section Line Easement Vacation - Holtan Hills

PUBLIC NOTICE:Notice of Final Finding & DecisionSection Line Easement Vacation EV 3-359The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining, Land and Water has issued a Final Finding & Decision (FFD) for a section line easement vacation for EV 3-359. This Final Finding & Decision compliments and confirms the Preliminary Decision (PD) for EV 3-359 approved on November 24, 2025. The FFD is giving contingent approval to vacate portions of the section line easements (SLEs) within Tracts 1, 4 and 5 of Holtan Hills Subdivision, Plat No. 2024-18, Anchorage Recording District (ARD), along the North-South running section line common to protracted Sections 8 & 9, T10N, R2E, S.M., Alaska. This action falls within the E½E½ of Section 8 and the W½W½ of Section 9, T10N, R2E, S.M., Alaska, as depicted on Attachment A.
