CMAR - UNTHSC 2022 CCAP EAD 4th Fl, RES 1st & 3rd FL Reno

The overall project’sprogram is multi-phased and touches many areas of multiple buildings, each withunique scopes the CMAR will be responsible for developing the overall projectschedule and individual projects schedules to ensure coordination of theprojects and minimize impact to the campus while completing the work in themost efficient manner possible with a goal of an overall project substantialcompletion of April 1, 2027. The CMARwill also be responsible for continuous value engineering, constructability review,and cost estimating with each phase during the design, to ensure alignment ofscope and budget. All of the work areasare surrounded by occupied spaces, some of which include research includingboth human and animals, accordingly, minimizing disruption will be a highpriority. Because the campus is occupiedat all times by students and staff, environment safety around the constructionactivities must remain a top priority throughout all phases of construction
