Description

Reconstruction of approx., 0.7 miles of roadway. The project will entail the construction of associated curb and gutter, sidewalk, irrigation ditch box culvert and stormwater improvements, reconstruction of the existing roadway, replacement of approx., 3,300' of water main and associated water services, and other work incidental to completion. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Friday, November 7, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Room A002 South, 128 Main Street, Cañon City, CO 81212. Any questions concerning this Request for Bids shall be directed IN WRITING ONLY to the Public Works Director, Leo Evans at laevans@canoncity.org. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply.
