Concrete and Asphalt Maintenance

Seeking bids from qualified companies to provide concrete and asphalt maintenance services. Services may include but are not limited to 1. Furnishing professional consultation and analysis of a project site to determine the types and extent of repairs or renovations required; 2. Identifying and analyzing requirements to mitigate workflow and pedestrian disruptions; 3. Reviewing available data and consulting with the city to clarify and define city s requirements; 4. Providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervisions to remove and replace concrete sidewalks, curb and gutter, and other work as directed by the city. 5. Providing asphalt paving maintenance and repair. See attached file for full scope.
