Description

An annual supply contract of hot mix asphalt, f.O.B. Plant This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This is for a twelve (12)-month contract with items to be supplied on an as-needed basis and may be extended for additional twelve (12)-month periods at the same price, terms, and conditions. Contract shall not exceed thirty-six (36) months.
