Railbelt Transmission Organization (RTO)Finance Subcommittee Meeting Notice is hereby given that the Finance Subcommittee of the RTO will hold a special meeting on MONDAY, NOVEMBER 10, 2025, AT 1:00 PM. This meeting will be conducted by teleconference at the following location: Alaska Energy Authority(Teams Meeting Only)813 West Northern Lights Blvd.Anchorage, Alaska. Per the RTO’s Bylaws, the RTO’s open meeting provisions do not apply to subcommittee meetings, therefore this meeting is not open to members of the public. An RTO subcommittee can only advise or make recommendations to the RTO’s Governance Committee; it has no authority to establish policies or make decisions for the Governance Committee. The RTO’s Governance Committee meetings are, per their Bylaws, open to the public
