Community Choice Aggregation Implementation Plan (RFP)

Qualified and experienced firms to develop a multi-phased roadmap for the potential establishment of a Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) program. The selected Proposer will be responsible for assisting the County in defining clear program goals, assessing feasibility, and evaluating the likelihood of successfully achieving those goals. The roadmap will provide County leadership with a structured framework and actionable recommendations for decision-making, including regulatory, financial, operational, and community engagement considerations necessary for launching and sustaining a CCA program.
