Provide ongoing professional financial services in support of the district s operations. Services include, but are not limited to long-term financial forecasting, budget preparation and updates (including mid-year adjustments), salary and benefit cost analysis, property tax revenue forecasting and analysis, fee studies, reconciliation of fund balances, and development of alternate budget scenarios.
