Work includes 3,600 SF remove and dispose of existing roof system; 640 SF replace damaged plywood ; 3,600 SF furnish and install underlayment (including any and all fasteners and accessories for a complete system); 1 LS remove and replace flashing system (including any and all fasteners and accessories for a complete system); 3,600 SF furnish and install new clay roof tyle (including any and all fasteners and accessories for a complete system); 1 LS remove and replace rain gutter system as needed (including any and all fasteners and accessories for a complete system). Question Submission Deadline February 16, 2026, 2:00pm. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
