REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS MANAGEMENT CONSULTING SERVICES

TheTexas Public Finance Authority (“TPFA”) issues a Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”)inviting interested vendorsto submit their Statement of Qualifications for Management Consulting Services to evaluatethe efficiency and effectiveness of key agency functions that are dependentupon specialized data input, retention, and retrieval, and then to plan andimplement desired enhancements to key operational functions.Respondents shall provide information, evidence and demonstratedqualifications that will permitawarding a contract in a manner that provides the best value to the TPFA. The consulting services sought by TPFAthrough its RFQ relate to services previously provided by a consultant; unlessa better offer is received, TPFA intends to award the contract for theconsulting services to the consultant that previously provided the services.TheTPFA requires the assistance of amanagement consultant in assisting with the review of management policies, thereview of operational procedures and resources, and to identify and implementfeasible, real-time operational improvements. Respondents wishing to actas a consultant to the Agency, and able to meet the terms of the RFQ, areinvited to submit demonstrated relevant experience and qualifications in support of evaluatingthe efficiency and effectiveness of key agency functions that are dependentupon specialized data input, retention, and retrieval, and then to plan andimplement desired enhancements to key operational functions.
