Continuing Disclosure Services (RFP)

Provide information to the public about municipal securities after the initial issuance. This is mandated by the securities and exchange commission (sec) rule 15c2-12, which aims to enhance transparency and investor confidence in the municipal bond market. Rule 15c2-12 requires issuers to file annual reports and notices of material events on the municipal securities rulemaking board's (msrb) electronic municipal market access (emma) website; audited financial statements and other data as stated in the continuing disclosure certificate ("certificate") for all outstanding municipal debt and any future issuances that require ongoing disclosure from the county and/or county s consultant for filing the annual report. See outside link. Question Submission Deadline September 30, 2025, 2:00pm. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. The initial term of this Contract shall become effective Monday, December 1, 2025 and shall continue for five (5) calendar years, unless otherwise terminated as provided herein.
