ACIT Stadium Improvements

Work will include the installation of asphalt for a new eight-lane running track and stone base and stormwater measures for a multi-purpose synthetic turf field. The work will also include the installation of sport appurtenances, concrete pads, asphalt walkways, porous asphalt vehicle maintenance road, asphalt driveways, spectator areas, site lighting, modifications to an existing infiltration basin, additional stormwater improvements, and site restoration. Add Alternates for this project include semi-permanent fence, sport appurtenances and concrete walkways. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, supervision, trade skills, materials, and equipment required for this project as described in the Construction Documents. The Contract will allow 150 calendar days for completion of the work from the notice to proceed. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
