Description

The Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission (State Parks) is seeking proposals to identify individuals or businesses qualified to operate and manage sea kayak tour vendor for guided tours and day rentals at Deception Pass State Park on Whidbey Island. The location of the vendor will be located at Bowman Bay with easy access to the water. The contract period will be for five years with the possibility of one additional 5-year term.Contractor will be responsible for their share of utilities which include water and electricity and must provide their own internet/WIFIThere is no structure to operate from at this location. The contractor must be able to provide their own small, non-permanent building/structure/caging to operate from and store necessary gear.

The scope includes absence management, scheduling, time & labor, and related automations to improve productivity, redual review, and support effective allocation of resources.
