Pre-Advertisement Notice-DOA Grease Interceptor Maintenance, Cleaning and Inspection Services

The City of Atlanta will shortly undergo a Request for Proposal process towards the procurement of qualified Contractors to provide comprehensive maintenance, inspection, and repair services for all grease interceptors (GIs) located within the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport Central Passenger Terminal Complex. The selected Contractor will be responsible for performing all required preventive maintenance, waste disposal, inspection, and corrective maintenance services in compliance with City of Atlanta Ordinance Sec. 154-297 and all applicable environmental regulations. At contract inception, services will cover sixty-nine (69) grease interceptors, with the total number expected to increase to seventy-six (76) by the end of the contract term. The scope includes monthly pump-outs, periodic pressure washing, jetting, system inspections, emergency response, and detailed maintenance reporting to ensure operational reliability and regulatory compliance throughout the facility.
