Description

The purpose of this contract is to enter into a multi-year agreement with a supplier to purchase Triploid (sterile) Grass Carp to address a rapidly spreading, non-native aquatic plant known as hydrilla (Hydrilla verticillata) that has re-established itself in the Lake Austin reservoir. The City’s anticipated budget for the initial contract year is $50,000.00. This Contract shall remain in effect for an initial term of 12 months, or the City terminates the Contract. This Contract may be extended automatically beyond the initial term for up to four (4) additional 12-month periods at the City’s sole option.
