Description

The City & County of Honolulu is soliciting qualifications (RFQL-MAY-1968006) for a Fleet Electrification and Rightsizing Study. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the City's existing fleet and provide recommendations for transitioning to electric vehicles and optimizing fleet size. The scope of the study includes, but may not be limited to: * Assessing the current fleet composition and utilization. * Evaluating the feasibility of replacing existing vehicles with electric alternatives. * Developing a comprehensive plan for fleet electrification, including infrastructure requirements (e.g., charging stations). * Identifying opportunities for rightsizing the fleet to improve efficiency and reduce costs. * Providing a detailed cost-benefit analysis of proposed changes.
