Manhattan Beach is seeking an ADA curb ramp project contractor for accessibility improvements.

Description

The CDBG Cycle 4 Curb Ramp project will install new site-specific ADA compliant curb ramps to improve paths of travel. The improvements include the removal of existing non-standard curb ramps and the construction of new ADA compliant curb ramps with yellow truncated domes. Additional work consists of installation of hot-mix-asphalt slot paving, sidewalk, curb/gutter, cross gutter, and crosswalk upgrades (slurry with new striping). Re-establishment of monuments for centerline- tie-related nails, tags, and tie-outs upon completion of construction. The deadline to submit questions related to the Project bid documents is Monday, February 9, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
