You can also dial in using your phone: +1 (872) 240-3212, Access Code: 364-487-197.PROJECT SPECIFIC DESCRIPTIONThis project will replace the two (2) existing influent flow meters for the Salmon Creek Treatment Plant (SCTP), with associated electrical and controls modifications, and removal of one (1) sink and appurtenances. The work requires temporary sewer flow control and bypassing. All work will be in accordance with the Contract Plans and these Contract Provisions.PROJECT LOCATIONThis project is located in the Headworks Building (Building 10) of the SCTP (15100 NW McCann Road, Vancouver, WA 98685) and at various locations north of the SCTP entrance gate along and/or adjacent to NW McCann Road.The Board of Sewer Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities in the bidding, accept a proposal of the lowest responsible bidder, reject any or all bids, republish the call for bids, revise or cancel the work, or require the work to be done in another way if the best interest of the District is served. Free vendor registration is required to use this platform.A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 9:00 AM.  All participants shall meet at the Gene Fix Operations Center at SCTP, 15100 NW McCann Rd., Vancouver, WA 98685.All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such proposal.
