Scour protection - reinforced concrete arch. Qualifications C(B). This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply. Listed city is county seat of the one of the various counties mentioned. Locations 1. Putnam County - On Us 40 Over Walnut Creek, 6.61 Miles West of Sr 243; Hendricks County - On Us 40 Over Unt To White Lick Creek, 1.87 Miles E of Sr 39 & 3. Hendricks County - On Us 40 Over White Lick Creek, 2.32 Miles East of Sr 39.
