Chiller Plant Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services (RFP)

Comprehensive services for the preventative maintenance, repair, and 24/7 emergency call-out of seven (7) chillers and five (5) cooling towers at five (5) different locations. There will be add alternates for cooling and air conditioning preventative maintenance, repair, and 24/7 emergency call-out services at additional locations.
