Description

The project involves upgrades and remodeling of the administrative buildings, breakroom, locker room, and restroom facilities. This includes the demolition and reconfiguration of the existing floor plan to enhance functionality, layout, and ADA accessibility. The scope of work encompasses improvements to both interior and exterior lighting, electrical systems, HVAC, flooring, and finishes. Additionally, the project will include painting, the installation of new fixtures, and other associated improvements necessary to modernize and optimize the facility for a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment.
