Notice of Utility Application to Acquire Controlling InterestThe REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice of the Joint Application of ABC Parent Holdings LP (ABCP) and Anacoco Capital Partners, LLC (Anacoco), for Anacoco to acquire indirect controlling interest of Interior Telephone Company, Mukluk Telephone Company, Inc., TelAlaska Long Distance, Inc., and Eyecom, Incorporated (collectively, TelAlaska Companies). ABCP and Anacoco have entered into an agreement for Anacoco to acquire 100 percent of American Broadband Holding Company d/b/a Fastwyre Broadband (American Broadband), a subsidiary of ABCP, which directly holds and manages the operation of the TelAlaska Companies. Interested persons may file a response to the motion for waiver with the Commission by 5:00 p.m. December 17, 2025.ABCP, Anacoco, and the TelAlaska Companies also filed a petition for confidential treatment of the audited financial statements of both Anacoco subsidiaries that are filed as Exhibits D and E to the application.
