Description

The Town of Glastonbury will be accepting Qualifications from Architectural Firms to provide professional services to carry out schematic design, design development, construction drawings and specifications for public bidding, provide bid assistance and construction administration and all assistance necessary. Manage, prepare, and submit all documentation to the State of Connecticut Office of Grant Administration (“OGA”) for reimbursement of design and construction costs, including changes in the work, for two school building roof replacement projects. This procurement shall be in accordance with Conn. Gen. Stat. § 10-287(b)(2). Responses to theRequest for Qualificationsmust be submitted electronically no later than the time and date indicated above.LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Responses can be submitted at the following link:https://glastonburyct.bonfirehub.com,under the RFQ title“RPGL-2026-17 – Naubuc School Roof Replacement Design”. The Town reserves the right to cancel this RFQ, to modify this RFQ, to waive informalities or reject any part of, or the entire proposal, when said action is deemed to be in the best interests of the Town.
