A&E Services, Replace Drill Floor Windows & Panels-Mitchell, SD

The South Dakota Department of the Military is soliciting Statements of Interest from firms interested in providing professional Architectural and/or Engineering services for the above referenced project. This project scope will involve site investigative, design development, and bidding services for the following project scope:Remove the 2nd level glass block windows and panels on the drill floor. Install with new windows that are minimal maintenance and energy efficient.A technical review committee will review the submissions and select the firm based on the criteria shown. The committee respectfully requests that statements of interest be limited to 20 pages or less. Interested firms shall submit an electronic copy via email to the Project Manager no later than 4:00 PM, MT, January 30, 2026.
