Description

Work consists of replacement of about 2,800 SF (plan) of wood shingle roofing and about 1,000 SF (plan) of low slope metal roofing. Repairs to wood siding adjacent to roofing and masonry chimneys will also be required. This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. Q&a deadline 01/19/26 by 4:30 PM.
