Hays County, Texas (“County”) is seeking proposals from interestedand qualified firms to provide Workers’ Compensation Insurance and claimsadministration of Hays County’s Workers’ Compensation Program. Hays County requires a partner whodemonstrates an innovative and effective claims management process that isstreamlined nd user-friendly, has strong customer service focus, solidreporting capabilities, effective technological capabilities, proactive andconsistent management of employee occupational absences, competitive rates andfees. The proposing firm’s staff shouldhave proper licensing to perform claims administration services. The proposing firm should evidence a strongregional presence in the State of Texas necessary to perform the claimsadministration services requested now, and in the future
