Description

Work consists of rehabilitating approx 20,599 LF of existing 8" and 243 LF of 10" diameter pipes by pipe-expanding, open trench, or cipp method; rehabilitating sewer structures; reconnecting and rehabilitating house sewer connections, and other related work. Q&A deadline October 7, 2025, by 2:00 PM, email to CapitalContracts@oaklandca.gov and cc the Project Manager. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
