Claims Payment and Com Srvs Part 1 & Ent Print and Fulfillment Automation Part 2 (RFP)

Claims payment and communication services, which include secure printing, processing, and mailing of payments, checks, and related documents, along with optional digital delivery and payment processing capabilities. The scope also includes enterprise print and fulfillment automation to provide both routine and ad-hoc print and fulfillment services. The services will include printing, managing, storing, packaging, addressing, and distributing materials to be handled by the united states postal service or other carriers, as well as producing pdf conversions of select variable data printing (vdp) components and delivering these to caloptima for archiving.
