Description

The City of University Place seeks a professional to provide Holiday Tree Décor installation, removal, and storage. Contractors must provide at least three (3) references from commercial clients to prove a successful history of holiday décor management and timely response. The scope of services includes: 1. Décor details, conditions, timelines, and fee schedule, 2. Inventory of City-owned decorations and storage, 3. Summary list of necessary keys and access points, and 4.
