Description
This project will install signal mast arms, leading pedestrian intervals, RRFBs, pedestrian crossings and a road diet. The project aims to improve the crossing experience for all users and improve safety via installing Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons at a few locations, as well as traffic signal upgrades (timing and equipment), remove/installing striping, installing signs, installing curb ramps, installing corner bulb outs, and implementing a corridor road diet.
Q&A deadline is on 02/24/26, 2:00 PM to CapitalContracts@oaklandca.gov. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
