This is an Emergency notice for the remedial design portion, architectural and engineering services for work at Source Area 11 at the Southeast Rockford Groundwater Contamination National Priorities List Site. Services are for pre-design activities associated with the Soil Component remedy as set forth in Record of Decision. Activities for this portion will include revisions to the quality assurance plan, procurement of subcontractors
